Residential Home Inspection
NBI provides a client with a written inspection report that provides the client with complete and accurate accounting of their homes conditions which is substantiated with a full journal. All Property Condition Assessments and reports use standards & guide lines per ASTM E-2018 and standards & practice by CIAA Commercial Inspectors Association of America. All of our inspectors are CIAA certified.
NBI inspections meet strict industry standard which includes foundation, roof, siding, furnace, air conditioning, electrical systems, plumbing, and lots and grounds.
NBI is a one stop inspection company, our professional inspectors are also trained in septic, wells, pool/saunas, radon, pest infiltration, and lawn irrigation.
- We provide onsite computer generated reports with digital pohots bunrt on CD
- Our full inspection takes 2-3 hours onsite providing a bound printed report with digital photos copied to a CD.
- The report is a combintion of check off & narritive with an easy to read summary of defective & marginal items discoverd during the inspection.
- The average report produced is any where from 16-26 pages long depending on complexity an amount of defecencies note.
- Your encouraged to be present at the time of inspection.
